Contactless where it helps.
The strategy pairs Stayery-style clarity with Alfred-style access: codes on the day, human help when the phone dies. Below is the guest-facing version until the PMS integration goes live.
Codes, not queues.
You receive a secure link on the morning of arrival. Confirm identity once, then the building and apartment smart locks accept your key for the length of stay. If you prefer a human hand-off, reception still exists — this is Plzeň, not a vending machine.
Alfred-class workflows are on the roadmap; today's flow is email + SMS backup with duty-manager escalation printed in the house book.
Lost codes are reissued after a quick ID check — average response under fifteen minutes during reception hours.
Straight answers, no chatbot.
- Are pets allowed?
- Small dogs are accepted in selected apartments with a one-time cleaning fee. Tell us when you book so we can assign the right floor and avoid allergy-sensitive neighbors.
- What are quiet hours?
- 22:00–07:00 in corridors and the rooftop salon. Inside your apartment, normal living noise is fine — the acoustic build is there so Klatovská stays outside.
- Which cards and wallets do you take?
- Major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at check-in. Corporate invoicing is handled on the For business page.
- How fast is the Wi-Fi?
- Fibre to the building with apartment-grade access points — sized for video calls, not just email.
Fair windows for short and long stays.
Stays under seven nights: free cancellation until 18:00 two days before arrival. Stays of seven to twenty-eight nights: until seven days prior. Monthly blocks (29+) are quoted with a bespoke policy attached to the offer letter — usually thirty days' notice after the first month.
Need an exception? Write reception — humans still decide edge cases.
